Want to change your link expiration date? Understanding Snackmagic treat link expiry is essential to ensuring your gifts are redeemed on time. Once a treat link expires, recipients will no longer be able to redeem it. If this happens, you may need to place a new treat order. Any unused amount will be credited to your preferred refund method, and additional charges may apply if the number of recipients exceeds the initial count.
To provide your recipients with more time, you can extend the treat’s expiry date before it expires.

Here's how You Can Extend the Link Expiration Date of Your Order:
Log in to Your Account:
Start by logging in to your Snackmagic account using your credentials.
Access Sent Treats
At the top of your screen, click on your profile icon.
Look for the drop-down button next to My Snackmagic. Click on it to reveal a list of options.
From the drop-down options, click on SENT TREATS.
Open the Order You Want to Edit
Scroll through your list of orders to find the Gift Order you wish to edit.
Click on View Live and locate the order.
Click the VIEW STATUS button for the Gift Order you want to modify.
Extend the Link Expiration Date
On the right-hand side of the dashboard, look for the Link Expiration Date.
Click the "Extend" button to select a new date.
🕒 Note: You cannot change the date if the gift link has already expired.
